This super adorable dress is from our custom hand smocked line. The fabric is Red Seersucker with little embroidered ducks and is smocked with splashing ducks. All 6 months to 24 months come with the ruffled diaper cover. Sizes 2T - 6 is dress alone but a diaper/panty cover can be ordered separately if desired. Other styles such as girls bubble or sundress can be custom ordered by calling our store.
